Generally, once we have discussed your needs and have decided to take next steps, we’ll need any supporting building information you can provide. Such as your utility data, building plans, commissioning reports, energy audits, equipment and controls systems manuals, etc .
We would review as much of the above information as possible before performing an onsite review, to be scheduled with the building management staff. It is best to have someone available during our site visits who is knowledgeable about building operations. This will help us understand your business better and inform our recommendations to you.
After our site visit, we may have questions about our findings and will work with your building operations staff to ensure an accurate and complete analysis of available information.
We will compile a draft report for your review and discussion.
A final report will be provided with final comments.
